Delivery Information

The majority of our orders will be shipped via pallet. Orders over £1,000 will be delivered free of charge. Orders under £1,000 will incur a £45 delivery charge for mainland UK. There will be additional surcharges for outlying rural postcodes and non-mainland UK.

Orders will be shipped on a 2/3 day economy service using Palletforce via our local distributor Westfields Transport. We can only deliver orders directly to your premises, our deliveries are curbside drops. If nobody is available to accept delivery, there will be a charge for making a second delivery attempt. Standard deliveries will take place between the hours of 9:00-17:30, Monday - Friday. Please ensure to let us know of any vehicle restrictions or unavailable times within this period. 

We use pallets measuring up to 120 x 120cm which can be up to 200cm tall. We estimate you can get between £1000-£1200 worth of products on one pallet. This is just a guide and it depends on the specific items you are ordering, the value could be higher or lower for each pallet. 

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within two working days of the order being received and payment terms being met. Items on preorder will be dispatched within five working days of their arrival at our warehouse.

If you have an urgent or specific delivery request, please notify us upon ordering and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements. 

We endeavor to dispatch your order from our warehouse in excellent condition. Upon receipt of your delivery, you should inspect your pallet(s) or parcel(s) for signs of damage whilst the driver is there and sign for the delivery, making a note of any defects. Any claims for damaged or missing items or any other issues must be made within 48 hours of receipt. All supporting information along with photographic evidence must be provided with invoice number and item number. We will do our utmost to remedy any issues as swiftly as possible.

Our products are hand-crafted and most of our products are made from solid wood or natural materials. Due to the nature of the product and its manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in materials, colour, size and finish.
